Live Music Programs for Schools, Camps, and Youth Events

We bring live music into schools, camps, and youth events, and we do it with music students actually recognize. Triforce Quartet pairs classical experience with music from video games, so the performance holds a room of young people and still teaches them something about how music works.

Some of our members are professional music instructors, so we know how to hold a student audience and keep it fun. We lead with humor and a lack of pretension, and the goal is simple: make string instruments feel genuinely fun to musicians-in-training, gamers, and kids who are just curious.

  Students already know this music, which makes it a great way in. We pair themes they recognize from The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Mario and tie it in with the classical works those composers drew on, so a familiar tune becomes a doorway into how music is built and why it lasts. The games kids love turn into a way to talk about the writing behind them.

• Educational Without Feeling Like Homework

  Our programs can cover music and live performance through stories, demonstrations, and Q&As. We show how a score shapes the way a game level or a scene feels, and we draw on our own experience as working professional musicians with formal training to talk honestly about what playing a string instrument really takes, both the technical side and the personal side.

• Flexible for All Ages & Skill Levels

  We adjust the program for the room: elementary students meeting a string quartet for the first time, middle and high school players looking for something to aim toward, or campers trying the performing arts for the first time. The goal stays the same, an engaging time with real energy that gets a few laughs and sends everyone home having learned something.
